Exhibition Proposal/ Submission Guidelines

Artist submissions should include:
  1. Cover Letter
  2. Artist Statement
  3. Curriculum Vitae (resume) outlining exhibition and education experience
  4. 10-15 images of your work, this must include:
    • A numbered image list with the title, medium, dimensions and date of each work
    • Formats may be digital images on CD or JPEG’s emailed
    • Digital images must be .jpegs only and a max. of 300 dpi
  5. A stamped, self-addressed envelope if you wish to have your submission returned
  6. Emailed submissions are accepted and encouraged
  7. All framed work must be under Plexi-glass, we will not tour work under glass

Curator/ Organization submissions should include:

  1. Cover Letter including
    • number of works proposed and approximate running feet of the exhibition
    • artists featured in the exhibition
    • exhibition fee
    • packing and crating specifics; i.e. does the exhibition come packed and crated?
    • Installation requirements
  2. Curatorial Vision/Statement
  3. Artist information (biography, curriculum vitae)
  4. 5-10 digital images of the work proposed (Digital images must be .jpegs only and a max. of 300 dpi.)
  5. Image list (listing the titles, dimensions, mediums of the work in chronological order in correspondence with the numbered slides/photographs)
  6. Stamped, self-addressed envelope (if you would like to have the slides or CD returned to you).
